Meet the staff!

I've been saying for awhile that I need to fully introduce Laura and Jess with proper introductions and today is the day! We are so excited to tell you more about our staff and how we all work together!

Hi Laura!

First of all, meet Laura! She came to us with a decade of design experience in both commercial and residential firms. She has a wealth of design knowledge, is a bad a** space planner, organized as all get out and is incredibly thoughtful with her work. Laura lives in Minneapolis knows more about food and wine than I ever will and practices thoughtful minimalism in her work.

Laura wears a few hats around the studio but her official title is Senior Designer. Laura manages the majority of our project management in addition to taking the lead on design for a few projects. You can find her clicking away in CAD and Sketchup (she creates all of our renderings and plans!), updating shipping schedules, hunting for the perfect vintage piece and keeping all our vendors and clients updated on the status of their projects.

Laura and I partner at various points throughout the life cycle of a project. If you're a client or prospective client you'll be meeting Laura!

Hi Jess!

Next up, meet Jess, our new intern! Jess emailed me one day inquiring about an internship desiring to learn more about the backend of running a business and I was so enthused by her energy and interest in the business side - not only the design side. Jess is finishing up her last year in a local design program. Previously to working with us, she worked for a local interior design firm where she was a sourcing and pricing queen. You can find her working away on our drawing sets, organizing the chaos of the office and saying 'yes' to any task we throw at her. She's been such a wonderful addition to the team!

Check out Laura and Jess's gift guides for more of their favorite things to gift and to get this holiday season. A full office space reveal is coming up next - we can't wait to show you our very special place to create!
